Wellbeing Workshops
Designed to help creatives find new ways to navigate times of stress and uncertainty.
To stay creative, it’s important to stay well in both mind and body. As well as helping you to feel better, the tools we will be teaching during our series of five workshops aim to improve the quality and longevity of your creative output.
Our useful resources and techniques will help you access creative flow, find your creative voice and develop resilience in an ever-changing and at times stressful environment.
We can tailor bespoke workshops especially for your team. Take a look at our past workshops below for inspiration and get in touch at info@canvaswellbeing.co.uk
